Director of Revenue Cycle (51031)

Capitol Billing Group is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Capitol Billing Group is growing rapidly and in need of a hands-on highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to supervise our A/R and Collections Department. This position places a strong emphasis on A/R follow-up and collections.

Essential Duties:

1. 1. Provides leadership and oversight for Radiology accounts receivable.
   2. Responsible for timely billing and resolution of receivable.
   3. Evaluation of reimbursement in accordance with the contracts and government regulations.
   4. Enforces revenue cycle operational policies and procedures.
   5. Provides team leadership and drives team performance.
   6. Identifies, establishes, and implements internal controls to ensure a compliant environment.
   7. Coordinates the development of programs and processes for Revenue Cycle operational areas.
   8. Identify strategies that lead to improved financial performance.
   9. Directs team and participates in establishing an environment that leads to efficient Revenue Cycle operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or in addition, the candidates for this position will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have a self-starting attitude and outstanding work ethic with proper references, be able to manage time effectively and plan accordingly and have a natural drive to succeed.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Possess ability to apply broad knowledge to new circumstances to add value and perspective.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience & License:

· Three years related experience.

· Experience in managing medical accounts receivable, claim billings, follow-up, and denial management processes.
