Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Legislative Intern. The selected intern will assist with legislative research and tracking, monitor and analyze legislative activity, and provide support on policy matters. Additional responsibilities include contributing to briefing materials, drafting summaries on Congressional hearings, and assisting with client engagements. The role offers insights into government relations and legislative affairs.


Qualifications

  • Understanding of Legislative Issues and Legislative Affairs
  • Proficiency in Legislative Research and familiarity with legislative processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a working knowledge of Legislation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest or coursework in political science, public policy, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legislative tracking tools is a plus
