Capitol Agency, the insurance arm of Capitol Federal Savings, is looking for a Account Manager for our Personal Line book of business.
The primary function of this position is to meet the overall needs of our clients. The Personal Lines Account Manager must provide prompt, accurate, professional service to our clients, producers in order to maintain and grow our personal lines book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive growth by upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals
- Manage and retain a book of business through proactive client engagement
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage enhancements
- Deliver fast, knowledgeable support on claims, billing, and endorsements
- Partner with internal teams to maximize client satisfaction and sales results
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Kansas/Missouri P&C and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong sales instincts, customer-first mindset, and communication skills
Bonus Points For:
- CISR, CIC, or other insurance designations
