What You’ll Do
- Ensure accuracy of HMDA/CRA data and reports
- Analyze loan trends to support smarter lending decisions
- Maintain and validate community development records
- Help management evaluate portfolio performance and risk
- Participate in community programs and CRA initiatives
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry and loan processes, including the ability to understand financial statement and credit data
- Experience with data analysis or compliance (banking a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
- Passion for community impact and data integrity
