Hybrid NPS / NPA Model | School-Based & Contracted Services | Sacramento Area Capitol Academy and Capitol Behavior Services are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team. This hybrid role provides the unique opportunity to work within our structured Non-Public School (NPS) program while also supporting district-contracted services through our Non-Public Agency (NPA). This is an ideal position for a newly certified BCBA seeking strong mentorship, structured supervision support, and leadership development in both school-based and community-based settings. Position Overview- • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Provide staff coaching and modeling within classrooms • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming • Participate in IEP meetings and district consultations • Provide supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians • Support behavior services across both NPS and NPA settings This role allows for experience in: • Mild–Moderate and Moderate–Severe classroom programs • Autism-specific programming • District consultation • Transition and inclusion planning • Community-based behavior supports Supervision & Professional Growth- We are committed to developing strong clinical leaders. For newly certified BCBAs, we provide: • Ongoing clinical mentorship meetings • Case review collaboration • Advanced FBA training support • IEP goal development coaching • Leadership skill development • Opportunities to oversee supervision hours for RBTs and trainees If you are completing certification requirements, structured supervision hours may be available.
