Our mission is to provide quality products to our customers while maintaining superior customer service.Service Technician- Vending and CoffeeAs a Vending and Cofee service technician, you work with coffee equipment manufacturers, coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores to repair, troubleshoot, install machines, and related equipment. Your responsibilities are to service various coffee, tea and vending machines, after installations regular inspections and maintenance. You will carry out your duties by assisting in person, through email and over phone assistance. Must have previous electrical or technical experience! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Drives a service van or box truck to and from customer locationsLoads and unloads vehicle with equipment, parts, and productDiagnose and repair all Capitol Coffee equipment, while ensuring all safety protocols are followedResponsible to obtain signed equipment loan agreement for all installs from each customer and return paperwork to office at the end of shiftClean coffee equipment as neededMake filter changes and CO2 tank swaps, as assignedReports issues with vehicle to manager and ensures truck is brought in for routine maintenancePhysical RequirementsAble to climb into and out of truck cab and back of truck multiple times per shiftBe on feet throughout the day in customer facilitiesAble to walk, climb, balance, stoop and kneelAble to use hand tools such as screw drivers and crimpersMust be able to manipulate hands and arms to work on the inside of machinesMust be able to safely lift 50-100 pounds from ground to counter heightLoad and unload equipment with an average weight of 50-100 pounds.
