Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Jackson, TN

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to
join our healthcare team working with client in the IDD community. The CNA will provide essential care and support to individuals in a
respectful, patient-centered manner. You will assist residents or clients with daily living
activities, monitor their health, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing,
grooming, toileting, and feeding
 Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment
 Monitor and report changes in residents' or clients' physical or emotional condition to the
nursing staff
 Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
 Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all individuals
 Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
 Follow established policies, procedures, and care plans
 Participate in training, in-service education, and staff meetings as required

Qualifications:
 Current CNA certification in Tennessee
 High school diploma or equivalent
 CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required based on your organization)
 Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
 Experience in [home health care/long-term care/facility-based care - customize as
needed] is a plus
