Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid, remote, or in prrole for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The individual in this role will oversee the assessment, design, and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring client progress, training and educating parents or caregivers, and providing supervision to behavior technicians or other team members. The goal is to ensure quality care and effective interventions are delivered to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Understanding of Psychology principles related to behavior and intervention strategies
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and independently as needed
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is an advantage
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
