Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.

• The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.

• The RN Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses.

• The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
