Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor EOW

Capitol City Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor Every Other Weekend to join our long-term care team in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
