Capitol City Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Washington DC is hiring an experienced Human Resources Director.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Director assists with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
The Human Resources Director maintains confidential employee records and updates records of current staff.
The Human Resources Director assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
The HR Director organizes orientation for new staff, assists with benefit administration and retention events in the facility.
The HR Director process payroll for the facility and other assigned functions.
