Capitol City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Washington DC is seeking looking to add a highly motivated and passionate team member as our Director of Community Relations to help us grow our long term care census and our market awareness.
This position pays up to $80,000 depending upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled nursing or health care experience. This sales driven and relationship building role will work with community agencies to increase engagement and market our long term care capabilities. They will be an integral part of the facility's marketing plan to develop and implement strategies that have proven results. In addition, this role will represent our facility in the community with information relative to the Facility, its programs, services & practices.
Additional Qualifications:
2 years successful health care experience
Sales and marketing experience
Excellent sales and relationship building skills
Relationships with existing referral sources
Results oriented
Passion for a consumer-driven model of service
