We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and help lead key functions including Benefits Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, Leave Management, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk pushing paperwork.
You'll be:
✅ Leading and developing a Payroll Specialist
✅ Partnering with executive leadership
✅ Managing employee benefits and wellness programs
✅ Supporting a workforce of 450 employees
✅ Driving continuous improvement across HR processes
✅ Making a direct impact on company culture and employee experience

💼 What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5–8 years of HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist experience
• Strong benefits administration experience
• Payroll experience
• Leadership experience
• HRIS experience (Dayforce/Ceridian is a plus)
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
