What You'll Do:
As a valued member of our family-owned business, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. This position is responsible for:
Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 years of customer service experience (required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Google Suite and Excel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
Occasional mid/night shifts may be required
