Live on site Self Storage Assistant Manager
Manage Retail Office 3 days a week
Answer phones and assist walk in customers
Process payments
Complete rental agreements with new tenants
Keep office and common areas clean and organized
Light duty maintenance
Vacate units as tenants move out-sweeping and cleaning
Assist with snow removal during winter months
One bedroom apartment with utilities paid provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
