Capitol City Honda is searching for an all-around Accounts Payable Specialist who brings positivity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to everything they do. If you are someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and likes being part of the backbone of a busy dealership, we'd love to meet you.

• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with monthly and annual closing procedures.
• Invoice processing: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, coding invoices with the correct general ledger and cost center accounts, and matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Vendor management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Reconciliation and reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, and assist with year-end 1099 reporting.
• Administrative support: Maintain organized digital and physical records, provide supporting documentation for audits, and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Automotive-specific duties: Reconcile statements related to specific auto dealer accounting, such as trade creditors and affiliated company payables.
• Additional duties as assigned. Remember, we are looking for a strong and capable multi-tasker who enjoys a variety of tasks

Capitol City Honda is a team driven and upbeat environment where we work hard and play hard! This is an 8:30am-5:00, Monday-Friday, full time, on-location position. Occasional shift change may be necessary. Professional Casual work Attire. $18.50 - $23.00. In person interviews are being held, Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, as time allows.
