What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quick Lane/ Oil Change Technician position at Capitol City Ford?
Capitol City Ford is looking for a strong quick lane technician, who must be capable of oil changes, brakes repairs, battery replacement, tires and basic auto maintenance. We are offering great pay and incentives. Ford certification is a plus, but not necessary!
- Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards Inspect and recommend needed maintenance and repairs
- Inspect and recommend needed maintenance and repairs
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology

Job Requirements
- Must be dependable with a reliable source of transportation
- Strong motivation to learn & succeed in the business
- Must be able to provide customer satisfaction performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance services according to Ford’s standards
- Must have own set of tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
