Capitol City Ford Greenfield is adding to our sales force. We don't flood the floor. We are looking for long term employees & offering them room to grow.
We believe that being an Automotive Sales Consultant is a true craft, built on the foundations of good relationships, communication skills, and character.
- Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
- Auto Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology
- Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features ie. Sync, App Link, & advancing hybrid technology
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

The right candidates must have
- 2 years previous commission sales experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Strong retail &/or sales skills
- Steady employment history
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
