## Responsibilities
- Evaluate the value of items for pawn loan or sale
- Negotiate prices with customers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with their pawned items
- Upsell additional products or services
- Aid in keeping the store organized and clean
## Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Background in retail sales or grocery store operations is beneficial
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Adaptable to new and changing technologies
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
