- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations
- Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Follow up with internet leads and showroom visitors
- Maintain customer information in the CRM
- Work closely with managers to maximize opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional ownership experience
