We generate high lead volume and need driven professionals who know how to convert opportunities into appointments and sales. We are looking for a high-energy BDC Sales Representative with prior automotive sales experience who knows how to communicate, follow up, and CLOSE. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, handles volume, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Follow up aggressively with unsold prospects
- Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold units
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM
- REQUIRED: Prior automotive sales experience
- Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- High sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle high lead volume (calls, texts, emails daily)
- Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
- Must be reliable and accountable
