What are the responsibilities and job description for the MCA Underwriter position at CapitaWize?
Capitawize is an MCA direct funder. We provide funding to small businesses in the form of a merchant cash advance. This is a fast paced, high pressure position in a highly competitive industry.
Entry Level Underwriter Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing credit and background reports
- Reviewing court record searches
- Reviewing application and bank statements
- Reviewing businesses debt to income and ability to afford payments
- Pricing merchant cash advances
Entry Level Underwriter Requirements:
- Merchant cash advance's or similar commercial finance products experience a plus but not necessary.
- Professional
- Detail oriented
- Must be comfortable working on a computer all day - we are a paperless office
- Must be able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Must be a team player! With the ability to work independently
- College degree is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
