While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Atlanta, GA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
