Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kissimmee, FL. This role is responsible for engaging prospective and current guests, presenting vacation ownership and resort offerings, and guiding customers through the sales process in a professional and customer-focused manner. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, conducting needs-based consultations, delivering sales presentations, answering questions about products and services, and assisting with documentation and follow-up. The Sales Associate will collaborate with resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies. This role requires consistent on-site presence, a strong service mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
