Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Maintenance, Landscaping, and Pool Care Employee. This role involves general property maintenance, landscaping tasks, and pool upkeep to ensure our facility remains in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Performs necessary activities, including but not limited to painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance of units and property.
- Help with ongoing landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, clearing out debris, and improving the landscape.
- Clean and maintain pool and spa, including checking chemical levels, skimming debris, and vacuuming.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and report any necessary repairs or safety concerns.
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
- Assist with occasional special projects or additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or pool care preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used for maintenance
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent
