The Common Area Attendant provides and maintains a clean and friendly atmosphere for our guests and staff.
What You're Great At
- Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
- Maintains a level of confidence and professionalism and reflects a positive image of our Resort and staff
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Knows of and maintains all safety measures, occupational hazards, and precautions that may apply
- Maintains and cleans all designated areas
- Empties trash
- Mops and vacuums floors
- Dusts, cleans restrooms, baseboards, etc.
- Performs minor maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, filters, etc.
- Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low
- All other duties as assigned

Here’s What You Have Already Achieved
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Timeshare experience a plus
- Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of cleaning processes
- Some computer knowledge is preferred
