Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This positionis responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.
Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm (Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines as necessary)

- Paid Weekly
- Full Training
- Pays flat hourly rate of $17 per hour
- Check all Marketing Emails
- Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
- Email or fax hotels and vendors
- Keep up to date Blackout List
- Check condo availability
- Pull manifests for all arrivals
- All other duties assigned
- 1 year Administrative or Office work preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic PC knowledge
- Microsoft Office experience is preferred
- proficient in Microsoft excel is required
- Must enjoy a team environment
