- Provide directions and guide guests through the welcome areas
- Coordinate check-ins and presentation flow with Sales Managers
- Ask lifestyle and travel preference questions to assist in tailoring the guest experience (no sales discussions)
- Deliver marketing materials
- Ensure a smooth handoff to licensed Sales Representatives
