Job Duties
- Manage the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise
- Implement processes and methods to audit and address non-compliance with the information security standard
- Facilitate the migration of non-compliant environments to a compliant environment
- Conduct studies within and outside the organization to ensure compliance with standards and alignment with current industry security practices
- Manage and participate in planning and implementing security administration for all IT projects
- Assist in implementing changes to work methods and procedures to improve effectiveness and strengthen security measures
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience with broad exposure to all aspects of business planning, systems analysis, and applications development. An advanced degree can substitute for one (1) year of IT work experience
- Experience managing the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise
- Experience implementing processes and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance with information security standards, including facilitating the migration of non-compliant environments to a compliant environment
- Experience conducting studies within and outside the organization to ensure compliance with standards and alignment with current industry security practices
- Experience managing and participating in the planning and implementation of security administration for all IT projects
- Experience with the ARMIS Vulnerability Management Platform
- Experience assisting in the implementation of changes to work methods and procedures to improve effectiveness and strengthen security measures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in the English language
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Salary : $180,000 - $185,000
