What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Property Manager position at Capital Staffing?
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to join a successful property management company in Winters, CA!
Compensation: $21
Job Requirements:
- Enforce rental agreement, collect monthly rent, security deposits, late charges, and tenant damages.
- Make bank deposits and mail journal sheets (with attached bank receipts, and any voided rent receipts to the management agent
- Make collection efforts to secure payment of past due rent, or damages
- Complete all paperwork, Rental Agreements, Tenant Certifications, Notices in an accurate and timely manner
- Distribute apartment application to prospective tenants and be responsible for screening and qualifying it
- Prepare necessary move-in and move-out inspection reports
- Maintain accurate records of all petty cash and expenditures, reimbursements,
- Operate and maintain all office equipment safely.
Job Qualifications:
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have valid driver's license
- 2-3 year previous experience in property management
- 2 years experience in HUD/Section 8
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Possess the ability to communicate with residents, supervisors, and vendors
- Must be punctual and self-starting
