Job Summary

HealthCare Company is transitioning from a traditional capex business model to a subscription-driven model for the ultrasound devices and the Subscription Project Lead will play a critical role in supporting this transition. This position is responsible for managing subscription customers throughout their entire lifecycle (from order booking to delivery to renewals to upgrades and cash), ensuring a seamless experience while orchestrating internal systems and resources efficiently. This is a hands-on role, and this person will be responsible for executing manual workflows and processes till automation is achieved.
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Project lead for subscription orders, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion.
- Manage subscription orders and their linkage to associated equipment orders for accurate and timely processing.
- Create op. mechs and oversee the full lifecycle of subscription orders to fulfilment
- Track the funnel for subscription orders.
- Engage with sales and OMS (Order management) teams in the region to proactively plan for booking subscription orders.
- Proactive communication factory & other stakeholders for fulfilment needs.
- Change orders as needed to meet customer delivery timeline & schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of these orders to customers and track the deployment for go-live.
- Create manual process and maintain accurate asset and entitlement data in asset management systems.
- Track upcoming upgrades and their execution with service teams.
- Track any upcoming renewals and ensure all subscriptions are renewed on-time.
- Track product changes and working with Customer Success team to manage customer communication about entitlements.
- Perform manual tasks for processes until systematic automations are implemented.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 year experience is preferred, or Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in project management, order operations, and subscription-based business models.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage matrix environment.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Proactively follow up on open issues, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Basic accounting skills and attention to detail. Current or previous experience in project management, customer relations or order management role.
- Previous experience supporting a Sales or Service team.
- Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues.
- Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience with Oracle, Siebel, Apptus or similar tools.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
