What are the responsibilities and job description for the AEM Content Architect position at Capital Staffing Solutions?
- Design, define, and in collaboration with development teams, implement Content Fragment Models and templates for headless AEM projects.
- Map business requirements to data structures and UX components.
- Define metadata schemas and tagging strategies for personalization and findability.
- Work closely with product management and content authors to define effective content structures so they can intuitively use the models to create and manage digital content.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding AEM's underlying architecture, including its components, workflows, and integrations with other systems and support headless digital content personalization and scaling.
- Develop and guide the digital content management strategy, including content tagging, to support effective and scalable personalization-based use cases.
- Advocate for usability of Blue Shield’s websites from the content perspective, including site architecture, usability, findability, labeling, editorial voice, brand and user-centered content strategy, & SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple digital marketing and development teams to enable digital content management modernization projects.
- Strong working understanding of best-practice web usability, findability, and site management, and have experience applying metadata for findability and re-use.
- Proficiency using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypothesis.
- Demonstrated ability to create & edit websites using an enterprise CMS and DAM (AEM) with intermediate HTML and CSS skills is required of all AEM content managers.
