Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on marketing leads and promote our products and services
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and update sales pipelines
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement

Requirements:

Expected target Compensation by year (based on performance):
- Year 1: $63K - $72K
- Year 2: $70K -$98K
- Year 3: $120K - $200K
