Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and warm calling, leveraging CRM software, and utilizing strong communication skills to drive business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, technology/services sales, and customer service, with a focus on building lasting relationships and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on marketing leads and promote our products and services
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and update sales pipelines
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively through consultative selling techniques
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or consulting/services sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling strategies
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Expected target Compensation by year (based on performance):

  • Year 1: $63K - $72K
  • Year 2: $70K -$98K
  • Year 3: $120K - $200K

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
