Role Summary
Our Junior Salesforce Administrator brings value to the business by automating complex business processes, makes sure the system is clean and efficient and monitors new releases. Become the subject matter expert for Salesforce for Capital Square and have an in-depth understanding of customization of existing platform. Oversee the customization of the platform to enable our users to get the most out of the Salesforce platform. Please note, we will not supporting visa sponsorship for this opportunity or working with outside recruiting firms.
Primary Responsibilities
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM or as position requires.
Work Location
Office based; optional remote day (1) each week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration and support of Salesforce platform
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for application optimization, integration, redesign, or development
- Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
- Interact with key Business and Technical stakeholders for Solution Designing and Architecture
- Champion the use of Salesforce to continuously improve the user experience and help drive adoption and enablement for users
- Identify solutions for reporting and dashboards
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management
- Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating actual testing
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or working equivalent
- Must be a Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Must be a Salesforce Certified Developer
- 1-3 years of Salesforce Experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be comfortable in a Microsoft Office environment
