Our Real Estate client in Washington, DC seeks a Staff Accountant to join their team. The role will handle all of the accounting for a couple of commercial office buildings….financial statements, management reporting, analytics, budgeting/forecasting, monthly account reconciliations, true-ups/pass through expenses and related. MUST have an Accounting degree and prior experience in real estate. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and compensation is $80K-$95K bonus.
