What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Manager of Technical Accounting position at Capital Search Group?
Our publicly traded, growing technology client located in the Fairfax, VA (Hybrid) is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Technical Accounting. This will be visible to the C-Level and manage all aspects of technical accounting and accounting policy research/implementation. Duties include analysis of complex transactions, assessments of new accounting guidance and the impact to the business, assisting with SEC filings, SOX compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to provide insights into topics like revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, derivatives, etc.
