Our client, a growing government contractor in Dulles, VA, is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join its Business Development team. Position will own the entire federal proposal lifecycle from inception to submission, and have hands-on responsibility for writing proposals to drive contract wins. Position will be responsible for schedules/deadlines surrounding proposal process, as well as proposal repository management. Active TS Clearance and 6 years relevant experience required. APMP certification and experience in the DoD/Intelligence Communities highly desired. Compensation targeted up to 180K base, commensurate with experience.
