What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of SEC Reporting position at Capital Search Group?
Our publicly traded client in the Rockville, MD is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of SEC Reporting. This hands-on role will be responsible for all SEC reporting (10K/10Q/8Ks, etc), XBRL compliance, consolidations of financials, SOX compliance, internal controls, working with year-end auditors and supervisory of small teams. Must have excellent communication/presentation skills…significant interaction with C-suite. CPA, Big4/National firm foundation, combined with SEC reporting experience required.
Hybrid environment 2-3 days in office.
Compensation: $175K-$190K Bonus Equity
