Our client in the mortgage lending industry located in Herndon, VA is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. This position will oversee mortgage operations including underwriting, risk & loan servicing. It will also responsible for organizational development and performance management. Additional duties include management of operational compliance, management of operational budgets, headcount planning, KPI development and implementation of technology solutions.
MUST have mortgage industry operations experience & managed a group of professionals.
Compensation up to $275K bonus
This is a hybrid role – a couple days a week in office in Herndon, VA. If you are not local to DC, you must be open to relocate to the DC DMV area.
