Chief Financial Officer

An early-stage healthcare company in the DMV is seeking a sophisticated CFO to help lead its next phase of growth. This is a transformational opportunity for a strategic financial executive who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to partner closely with an exceptional leadership team. The CFO will build and lead a world-class finance organization and establish the infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. This individual will also serve as a key adviser on strategic initiatives & business growth. Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) expertise is highly preferred. Compensation includes a base salary in the $300K’s, a target bonus of 50%, a healthy equity participation and an excellent benefits package.
