What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller position at Capital Search Group?

Our PE-backed technology client in Washington, DC (remote) is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and consolidated reporting. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in public accounting and corporate accounting to include: GL, month/year-end, audit support, financial statements and managing staff. CPA required, NetSuite a big plus. The role is 100% remote but requires candidates in EST or CST time zones. Compensation is $120-130K bonus.
