Position Summary:
Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus. You will build and ship high-quality web experiences in React and Next.js, collaborating with Product and Design to turn requirements into maintainable solutions. You'll own features end to end-from the frontend to a simple BFF layer and API integrations-while improving performance, accessibility, and reliability, contributing to tests and documentation, and helping elevate team standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver user-facing features with React/Next.js
- Implement BFF/API integrations in Node/TypeScript
- Clarify requirements with Product/Design; break down work
- Write reliable, maintainable code with tests and docs
- Improve performance, accessibility, and UX
- Contribute to component library/design system
- Add observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and handle incidents
- Strengthen CI/CD and code review practices
- Follow security best practices (OWASP, CSP, CSRF/XSS)
Qualifications:
- 5 years building modern web apps
- Strong React TypeScript; solid Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR)
- Node.js/BFF experience; REST/GraphQL consumption
- State management (React Query, Redux/Zustand) and CSS approaches
- Testing with Jest/Vitest, RTL, and Playwright/Cypress
- Performance and a11y fundamentals (Core Web Vitals, WCAG)
- Cloud deployment basics (Vercel/AWS) and CI/CD
- Observability tools (Sentry/Datadog) familiarity
- Security-minded; healthcare/HIPAA exposure is a plus
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
