**One year contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based upon performance**
Location:3-daysHybrid (Local to NYC,Denver, or Charlotte)
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers

Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail

Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes

Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks

Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
- Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences
