About the Role
At Capital Resilience Inc., we don’t hire managers — we develop them. Our Management Trainee program is designed for individuals who want to build a career in marketing, sales, and leadership. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition and team performance, then advance into leadership based on results.
What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Sales & Marketing Foundation
- Engage with customers in a retail environment (in-person, not remote)
- Present products, promotions, and service solutions
- Assist with new accounts, upgrades, and customer support
- Learn systems, sales strategy, and customer acquisition
Phase 2: Leadership Development
- Train and mentor new team members
- Help manage daily team performance and goals
- Assist with scheduling, team development, and operations
- Learn how to lead a high-performing team
