Opening: Sept 29th, 2026

Closing: Oct 18th, 2026

Note: all roles in the show have been cast

THE MAGI

Written by Helen R. Murray with music and lyrics by Eli Pafumi

First Rehearsal: Nov 3rd, 2026

Opening: Dec 1st, 2026

Closing: Dec 24th, 2026

SYNOPSIS: In this soulful theatrical concert, audiences follow Nix and Jude, a folk-rock duo who have spent nearly a decade together and fell in love in the maddeningly tight quarters of their tour bus. As the holiday season approaches, the couple and their band face a breaking point. Blending original music, heartfelt storytelling, and tender humor, “The Magi” explores the sacrifices we make for love and the imperfect but profound ways we show devotion to those we cherish. Equal parts concert experience and quirky love story, this production wraps up the spirit of giving in a delightfully original package.

Seeking:

NIXON: 25 – 35. Open ethnicity. He’s a folk rock puppydog in love with love—and especially with Jude. Strong vocals and guitar, bass, or fiddle.

JUDEVINE: 25 – 35. Open ethnicity. She’s a folk rock free spirit in love with Nix but fiercely independent. Strong vocals and guitar, bass, or fiddle.

EUREKA DAY

Written by Jonathan Spector

Directed by Ryan Rilette

First Rehearsal: Feb 2nd, 2027

Opening: Mar 2nd, 2027

Closing: Mar 21st, 2027

SYNOPSIS: “Eureka Day,” 2025 Tony Award winner is a devastating comedy by Jonathan Spector that skewers the hypocrisies of polite society. At Eureka Day School, an ultra-progressive private elementary school in Berkeley, California, every decision — big or small — is made by a collective of painstakingly thoughtful parents. But when a mumps outbreak sparks heated debate over vaccinations, the school’s precious commitment to tolerance is tested like never before. Political mantras collide with personal fears, obscenities, and rude emojis, as the liberal utopia is challenged. This breathtakingly timely comedy of manners will leave you talking long after the curtain falls.

Note: the role of DON has been cast

SEEKING:

SUZANNE: Mid-50s. White. Warm and gracious. Moved to Berkeley after college when her then-boyfriend now-husband started graduate school at UC Berkeley. Mother of six. Raising her family and nurturing the school are her life’s work and fully entwined.

CARINA: Early 40s, Black or biracial. She grew up overseas and had gone to eight different schools by the time she graduated from high school. This made her skilled at landing in a new environment, figuring out the rules, and putting other people at ease. Moved to Berkeley because her wife is from here. She’s not sure she likes it.

MEIKO: Mid-30s, Biracial Japanese/White (describes herself as Hapa). Berkeley native. Wry sense of humor. Went to UC Berkeley and has never lived anywhere else, or wanted to. A landscape architect, which she’s good at but a little bored by. A single mother by choice.

ELI: Mid-30s, White. Jewish or half-Jewish. Oblivious but well-meaning. From Southern California, went to Stanford and then straight into working at a tech start-up. Cashed out three years ago, and has been in search of how to occupy his time and exercise his mind. An expert pickler, competitive rock climber, manager of family wealth. In a “thoughtful, intentional” open marriage.

WINTER: 30s–50s, a parent. Black or biracial. New to the school.

CLYDE’S

Written by Lynn Nottage

First Rehearsal: Mar 30th, 2027

Opening: April 27th, 2027

Closing: May 16th, 2027

SYNOPSIS: From two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lynn Nottage comes “Clyde’s,” a warm and witty dramatic comedy about redemption, community, and finding your purpose in unexpected places. At a truck stop sandwich shop, a group of formerly incarcerated workers is given a chance to rebuild their lives. Under the watchful eye of powerhouse matriarch Clyde and guided by a visionary line cook, this motley crew learns to overcome profound obstacles and rediscover hope — all during a quest to invent the world’s tastiest sandwich. Full of heart, grit, and gallows humor, “Clyde’s” is a brave and joyful work by one of America’s greatest living playwrights.

SEEKING:

CLYDE: 40’s, Black. The matriarch of the sandwich shop, she’s a sexy, powerful visionary who takes no prisoners. Lives life with gusto and no apology.

JASON: late 20’s. White. Embraced white supremacy in prison, more as a means of survival than as a point of view.

MONTRELLOUS: 40’s, Black. Longtime line cook at Clyde’s. He’s wise, talented, and cool as hell. The John Coltrane of sandwich making.

RAFAEL: 20’s. Latino. A recovering addict who wears his emotions on his sleeve. In love with Letitia.

LETITIA: 20’s. Black. Direct, self-possessed, and opinionated. A single mom who doesn’t trust love.

YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN

By Mel Brooks

Directed by Joel Ferrell

First Rehearsal: June 15h, 2027

Opening: July 13th, 2027

Closing: August 8th, 2027

SYNOPSIS: Dr. Frederick Frankenstein — an awkward American neurosurgeon and reluctant heir to his infamous grandfather’s castle in Transylvania — and his creature come to vibrant life on stage like never before. This defiantly silly comedy begins with a musical number about the brain and devolves into a triumph of the id over the superego, deliriously liberating love, lust, and the “monster” contained within us all. From iconic musical numbers like “Roll in the Hay” and “Puttin’ On the Ritz” to Igor’s classic gags (“What hump?”), this irreverent homage to the golden age of horror movies serves up laugh after laugh while celebrating the joys of friendship, authenticity, and belonging.

Note: the role of DR. FREDERICK FRANKENSTEIN has already been cast

SEEKING:

THE MONSTER: Open age. Open ethnicity. The misunderstood creation of Dr. Frankenstein. He’s awkward but rakish. Strong mime. Vocal range: Gb4 – Gb3.

IGOR and others: 25 – 35. Open ethnicity. He’s Dr. Frankenstein’s faithful, eager servant and friend. Oblivious to his own hump. Strong dancer. Vocal range: A4 – B2.

INGA and others: 20 – 30. Open ethnicity. Dr. Frankenstein’s passionate assistant. She’s a hometown girl from Transylvania. Strong dancer. Vocal range: F#5 – G3.

ELIZABETH BENNING and others: 25 – 35. Open ethnicity. Dr. Frankenstein’s fiancé. If Melania Trump married a neurosurgeon, she would be Elizabeth. Strong dancer. Vocal range: Bb5 – F#3.

FRAU BLÜCHER and others: 40 – 60. Open ethnicity. She’s the stern housekeeper of the Frankenstein estate and former lover of Victor Frankenstein. Strong dancer. Vocal range: Ab4 – E3.

THE HERMIT and others: 30 – 60. Open ethnicity. He’s lonely, visually impaired, and hoping for a friend. Strong dancer. Vocal range: A4 – G2.
