What are the responsibilities and job description for the MRI Technologist position at Capital Region Orthopaedics?
Capital Region Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to work in our MRI department!
Responsibilities will be a combination of the following:
· Closely following a Physician’s instructions, preparing and operating MRI equipment, positioning patients correctly, and effectively recording the requested diagnostic images
· Performing MRI examinations of the body, spine, and extremities on patients of all ages, effectively adjusting scanning parameters for different patient body habitus
· Photographing, archiving, and retrieving images
Successful candidates must have a current NYS license and at least 2 years of recent MRI Tech experience.
