- Lead a team of crew members in the installation and/or removal of pumps, piping and related equipment.
- Test and inspect equipment, parts, and other components to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.
- Ensure crew members follow company safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Promptly address safety concerns.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks in the field.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
- Prior experience leading a team in a related field (construction, equipment installation/repair, etc.) is required.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a safety-first mindset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certified is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
- Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!
