Capital Protection Solutions is currently hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for multiple positions throughout the Miami Downtown area and Coral Gables. We are looking for strong-minded, alert, and customer service-oriented individuals who can maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and residents.

Available Positions

- Gatehouse Access Control Officers

- Rover Patrol Officers

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control property access points

- Verify visitors, vendors, and residents entering the property

- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and property grounds

- Report suspicious activity, incidents, or violations

- Maintain detailed activity and incident reports

- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing property rules

- Respond professionally to emergencies and disturbances

- Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and management

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of security experience

- Valid Florida Class D Security License

- Reliable transportation

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong communication and observation skills

- Must be dependable and punctual

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for some positions

- Experience in residential communities, HOA, condominium, or gatehouse operations is a plus

Pay:

- Starting pay ranges from $15–$17 per hour

- Pay rate depends on experience, location, and assigned position

Work Locations:

- Downtown Miami

- Coral Gables
