What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
- Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes
- Book shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and track progress
- Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly
- Keep CRM and records up to date
- Close deals and grow your client base

- Logistics/supply chain knowledge (helpful, not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
