Capital Oaks is looking for a Dietary Aides and Dishwashers to join our team! We are looking for employees that are professional, punctual and caring.
The Dietary Aide/Dishwasher supports the dietary department by helping prepare and serve meals, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring safe food handling practices. This role contributes to providing residents with nutritious, enjoyable meals in a sanitary environment. The position includes a rotating schedule of two morning shifts and two evening shifts. Also a morning shift (5:00am-1:00pm) and an evening shift (11:00am-7:00pm)
- Assists with meal preparation and service
- Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Records food and equipment temperatures
- Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Works collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs
Schedule:
Dishwasher: 5:00am - 1:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm
Dietary Aide: 5:00am - 1:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm
